This high-energy, fun-filled class is tailored for teens, blending the best of pilates and movement to boost strength, flexibility and confidence. In a completely safe space, we challenge and motivate every step of the way. Of course there are a raft of benefits that come along with pilates (think improved posture, body positivity, increased mobility etc etc) - however our goal here is to serve up an awesome workout that takes teens out of their heads and into their bodies. Great music, better vibes.
