Motherhood is beautiful, messy, exhausting and wonderful - all at the same time. Our studio is run by a mother of two, so trust us…. we get it.

Our Benda Babies (+ Mums) classes are designed to give you 45 minutes to reconnect with your body, move in a way that feels good and meet other local mums who are feeling it as much as you are.

There are no rules here. Feed during class. Pause for cuddles. Hand your baby over to us (this is our favourite part). Change nappies. Laugh. Cry. Simply make your way to the studio - we'll take care of the rest.

There's no pressure. Just movement, connection and community.

Our instructors are fully trained and experienced in postnatal recovery and will meet you where you're at in every class.

FAQs

When can I start after having my baby?
We generally recommend waiting until you've been cleared by your healthcare provider, usually around six to 12 weeks, depending on what your birth was like. If you are unsure, you can always call and have a chat with us before coming into class.

What if my baby cries?
No problem at all. Babies cry, feed and sleep during class. That's completely normal.

What age are the babies?
We welcome all babies. Most are from around six weeks, until they're becoming confidently mobile. As long as you want to come in with your little one, we'll make it work!

Do I need Pilates experience?
Not at all. Beginners are always welcome.
