Taking teens out of their heads
and into their bodies.
Launching Week Two, Term Two 2026,
Benda Teens is an eight-week commitment, with one class per week.
Across the term, teens take part in progressive, high-energy, feel-good sessions that blend the best of pilates and movement
- building strength, flexibility and confidence along the way.
Set in a safe and supportive space, we challenge and motivate every step of the way.
While pilates brings plenty of physical benefits - improved posture, mobility and body awareness -
our real aim is to help teens switch off the noise, reconnect with their bodies and leave feeling stronger, calmer and more confident.
Classes run for 45 minutes and are held on Tuesday or Wednesday at 4:30pm across the eight-week term.
Only 10 spots available for each class.
