Benda Teens is a term-long commitment of one class per week.
Across the full term, our teens will take part in progressive high-energy, fun-filled sessions that blend the best of pilates and movement to build strength, flexibility and confidence.
In a safe, supportive space, we challenge and motivate every step of the way.
While pilates brings plenty of benefits — improved posture, mobility, body awareness and confidence — our real aim is to deliver an uplifting workout that gets teens out of their heads and into their bodies.
