New to Pilates? Want to nail your form? Need to brush up on your technique? Start here. This beginner-friendly class is all about building confidence, strength and body awareness - without taking things too seriously. You’ll learn the fundamentals of mat pilates techniques and movement, but in true Benda style, we'll do it with upbeat tunes, great energy and good vibes only. Expect a little sweat and a lot of support as we guide you through every move - so you can feel strong, capable and ready to take on any class on the timetable.
